Cap Go Meh (Hokkien: εδΊζ) melambangkan hari ke-15 dan hari terakhir dari masa perayaan Tahun Baru Imlek bagi komunitas Tionghoa di seluruh dunia. Jumlah tatung yang mendaftar ke Panitia Imlek dan Cap Go Meh Kota Singkawang terus bertambah, bahkan terakhir pada 19 Februari 2018 ini saja sudah mencapai 912 orang, melebihi target sebelumnya sebanyak 900 tatung. “Pertambahan pendaftaran tatung sebanyak rata-rata 30 tatung setiap hari, dan penutupan pendaftaran tatung hingga 23 Februari,” ujar Sekretaris Panitia, Bong Cin Nen, Selasa (20/2/2018).
Di antara peserta tatung pada atraksi tatung dalam rangka Festival Imlek dan Cap Go Meh 2018, katanya, selain dari Kota Singkawang, juga berasal dari Pontianak, Sungai Duri, Kabupaten Bengkayang, Kabupaten Sambas serta juga dari Malaysia sebanyak 6 tandu dengan kru sebanyak 38 orang yang sudah dikirimi undangan. “Ada juga tatung dari Batu Malang, dari Madura dan Semarang, sedangkan untuk Kota Singkawang sendiri sebanyak 270 tatung,” katanya. Berikut aturan dan pedoman perlombaan untuk menjamin keamanan dan kenyamanan dalam acara perlombaan bagi seluruh peserta. Setiap peserta yang mendaftar dalam CAP GO MEH RUN SINGKAWANG 2018 dianggap telah membaca, mengerti dan menyetujui aturan-aturan berikut:
Ketentuan Umum
Pihak penyelenggara berhak untuk mengubah ketentuan-ketentuan dan kondisi-kondisi yang telah ditentukan tanpa melalui pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu.
Pihak penyelenggara berhak untuk menutup pendaftaran sebelum batas waktu yang telah ditentukan tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu apabila kapasitas peserta sudah penuh.
Pemberian medali finisher hanya diberikan kepada peserta yang menyelesaikan lomba dengan jangka waktu dan rute (tidak memotong rute) yang sudah ditentukan panitia.
Kategori 10K, cut off time 2.5 jam
Kategori 5K, cut off time 1.5 jam
Kategori Kids Dash tidak berlaku cut off time
Peserta yang melebihi batas cut of time akan terdiskualifikasi dan dianggap gugur.
Segala bentuk bantuan tidak diperkenankan diberikan kepada atlet peserta lomba selama yang bersangkutan masih mengikuti/ selama perlombaan berlangsung.
Peserta yang memulai lomba sebelum lomba resmi dimulai akan terdiskualifiasi.
Peserta diharapkan untuk datang sebelum acara dimulai.
Binatang peliharaan atau segala bentuk objek roda untuk transportasi misalnya kursi roda, sepeda, skate, sepatu roda dan lainnya dilarang berada dalam rute lomba.
Pihak penyelenggara maupun pihak terkait berhak untuk menggunakan foto ataupun video keikutsertaan peserta lomba ini tanpa ikatan batas waktu.
Panitia tidak menyediakan penginapan / akomodasi bagi peserta.
Setiap peserta wajib mempelajari rute lomba serta memahami semua ketentuan lomba.
Peserta diharuskan hadir 1 (satu) jam sebelum waktu Start.
Peserta dapat menitipkan barang pada tenda penitipan barang. Segala bentuk kehilangan menjadi tanggung jawab peserta.

Peraturan Pendaftaran
Usia minimum untuk menjadi Peserta :
10K : 13 – 75 tahun
5K : 13 – 75 tahun
Kids Dash : 6 – 12 tahun
Orang tua – Pendamping kategori Kids dash berusia : 17-75 tahun, yang dibuktikan dengan kartu identitas yang sah menurut
Dalam melakukan pendaftaran, peserta setuju untuk menyediakan informasi yang akurat, terkini dan lengkap tentang Peserta yang diisi dalam formulir pendaftaran (Data Registrasi).
Pendaftaran akan ditutup bila sudah mendapai 1.500 peserta.
Peserta wajib membayar biaya pendaftaran sesuai nominal dan melalui jalur pembayaran tunai atau elektronik yang ditetapkan oleh Penyelenggara. Segala akibat dan kerugian yang mungkin timbul dari pembayaran biaya pendaftaran secara elektronik, termasuk namun tidak terbatas kepada gangguan jaringan telekomunikasi, kesalahan penulisan, dan kesalahan pengisian formulir pembayaran elektronik, menjadi tanggungan Peserta. Biaya pendaftaran yang telah dibayarkan oleh Peserta tidak dapat dikembalikan/ diuangkan kembali.
Bagi para calon peserta yang telah mengisi formulir pendaftaran, selanjutnya melakukan pembayaran (transfer) ke Bank Mandiri, Acc Number 118-00-0615724-1, Acc Holder: Indah Puji Lestari.
Kemudian peserta mengirimkan bukti transfer ke email capgomehrun@gmail.com atau whatsapp/SMS +62 858 806 866 46 Setelah diverifikasi, peserta akan mendapatkan sms atau email Konfirmasi. Bukti sms atau email konfirmasi tersebut harus dibawa pada saat pengambilan Race Pack.
Kategori yang telah didaftarkan tidak dapat ditukar ke kategori yang lain.
Pemberian T-shirt untuk perlengkapan lomba sesuai dengan ukuran yang telah dipilih pada saat mendaftar. Ukuran T-shirt tidak dapat dirubah.

Dengan melakukan pendaftaran, Peserta memahami dan memberikan persetujuan kepada Penyelenggara untuk mengumpulkan, mengolah, menganalisis, dan menyusun informasi pribadi yang berkaitan dengan Peserta untuk tujuan informasi, perencanaan, pengolahan data, statistik, analisis risiko, penelitian, dan/atau tujuan lain sebagai kelanjutan dari fungsi atau kekuasaan Penyelenggara.
BIB Number
Peserta wajib menggunakan nomor BIB (nomor dada) di bagian depan baju peserta, serta tidak diperbolehkan memasang di tempat selain dada dan terlihat dengan baik.
Pendaftaran dan nomor dada peserta tidak dapat dialihkan kepada pihak lain.
Nomor dada peserta hanya dapat diambil pada waktu pengambilan race pack yang telah ditentukan saja.
Pelayanan Medis
Panitia Pelaksana menyiapkan beberapa Pelayanan Medis terdiri dari sejumlah tenaga kesehatan. Dilengkapi dengan peralatan dan ambulance.
Apabila terjadi kecelakaan dalam perlombaan, panitia bertanggung jawab terhadap penanganan pertama atau P3K.
Panitia berkewajiban untuk mengantarkan peserta ke rumah sakit rujukan apabila peserta membutuhkan penanganan lebih lanjut.
Peserta yang mengikuti perlombaan ini dianggap telah menyetujui, mengetahui dan mengerti adanya risiko dan bahaya yang muncul dari keikutsertaan peserta dalam perlombaan ini, dan tidak menuntut atas segala kejadian yang dapat menyebabkan cedera tubuh, cacat tubuh atau kematian.
Kriteria Penentuan Juara
Pemenang CAP GO MEH RUN SINGKAWANG 2018 ditentukan dari Peserta yang terlebih dahulu menyentuh garis finish dan urutan di belakangnya sesuai jumlah pemenang yang ditentukan Penyelenggara. Berikut adalah jumlah pemenang CAP GO MEH RUN SINGKAWANG 2018 untuk setiap kategori:
Kategori 10K terdiri atas 3 (tiga) pemenang laki-laki dan 3 (tiga) pemenang perempuan.
Kategori 5K terdiri atas 3 (tiga) pemenang laki-laki dan 3 (tiga) pemenang perempuan.
Kategori Kids Dash, tidak ada pemenang dalam kategori
Pengumuman pemenang dan penyerahan hadiah akan dilakukan setelah Race Organizer menyatakan bahwa Peserta yang berpeluang menang telah memenuhi syarat keikutsertaan, tidak melanggar peraturan, tidak melanggar ketentuan administrasi dan ketentuan-ketentuan lainnya yang ditetapkan oleh Penyelenggara dan/atau Race Organizer.
Undian doorprizehanya diperuntukkan bagi peserta yang sampai di garis finish.
Pengambilan hadiah tidak dapat diwakilkan atau dipindahtangankan dan wajib untuk menunjukkan identitas asli sesuai dengan data registrasi.
Keputusan pemenang oleh pihak juri tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
Banding
Protes secara verbal dapat dilakukan, serta diikuti dengan protes secara tertulis dalam waktu 1 Jam setelah finish Keputusan juri bersifat mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
Surat protes dilampirkan biaya protes sebesar Rp 100.000,- dan bila keputusan sudah berubah (panitia sudah benar) maka uang dianggap hangus.
Lain-Lain
Apabila terjadi peristiwa-peristiwa di luar kekuasaan manusia (force majeure) termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada pemogokan kerja, kebakaran, kerusuhan massa, sabotase, bencana alam seperti gempa bumi dan banjir atau hal-hal lain di luar kekuasaan para pihak dan membuat CAP GO MEH RUN SINGKAWANG 2018 ini menjadi tidak dapat dilaksanakan, maka tidak ada pihak manapun yang dapat dituntut untuk memberikan ganti rugi atas segala kerugian yang timbul sebagai akibat terjadinya peristiwa force majeure tersebut.
Penyelenggara berhak untuk mengubah Syarat dan Ketentuan ini yang akan diberitahukan oleh Penyelenggara kepada Peserta dalam bentuk dan melalui sarana apapun.

I. General Rules
The organizer reserves the right to change the specified terms and conditions without prior notice.
The organizer shall have the right to close the registration before the specified time limit without prior notice if the participant’s capacity is full.
Finisher medal is only given to participant who completes the race with the time period and route (not cutting the route) that has been determined by the Organizer.
10K Category, cut off time 2 hours, 5K Category, cut off time 1.5 hours, The Kids Dash category does not apply cut off time.
Participants who exceed the cut of time limit will be disqualified and considered avoid.
Any form of assistance shall not be granted to the participant which he/she is still following/during the race.
Participants who start the race before the official race starts will be disqualified.
Participants are expected to come before the event begins.
Pets or any kind of wheel objects for transportation such as wheelchairs, bicycles, skates, roller-skates and other are prohibited from being on the race route.
The organizers and parties concerned shall be entitled to use the photograph or video of participation of the contestant without the time limit.
The committee does not provide lodging/accommodation for participants.
Each participant is required to study the race route and understand all the rules of the race.
Participants are required to attend 1 (one) hour before Start time.
Participants may entrust goods to the custodian tent. All forms of loss are the responsibility of the participants.

II. Registration Rules
Minimum age to be a Participant: 10K: 13 – 75 years old, 5K: 13 – 75 years old, Kids Dash: 6 – 12 years old
Parents – Companion of Kids dash category aged: 17-75 years old, as evidenced by legal identity card.
In registering, the participant agrees to provide accurate, current and complete information about the Participant filled in the registration form (Registration Data).
Registration will be closed on February 18th, 2018, or if the registration quota has been fulfilled.
The Participant shall pay the nominal registration fee and by cash or electronic payment which set by the Organizer. Any consequences and losses which may arise from the payment of the registration fee electronically, including but not limited to telecommunication network interruption, misstatement, and filling of electronic payment forms, are borne by the Participant. Registration fee paid by Participant cannot be refunded / refunded.

By registering, Participants understand and give consent to the Organizer to collect, process, analyze and compile personal information relating to Participants for information, planning, data processing, statistical, risk analysis, research and / or other purposes as continuation of the Organizer’s function or authority.
III. BIB Number
Participants are required to wear BIB (race number) on the front of the participant’s jersey, and not to wear in a place other than chest and can be clearly seen.
Registration and participant’s BIB (race number) cannot be transferred to another party.
The participant’s BIB (race number) can only be taken at the specified time of the race pack collection.
IV. Medical Services
The Organizer has prepared several Medical Services consisting of a number of health workers and equipped with medical equipment and ambulance.
In the event of an accident in the race, the Organizer shall be responsible for the first aid.
The Organizer is obliged to deliver the participants to the referral hospital if the participant needs further treatment.
Participants who follow this race shall be deemed to have consented, acknowledged and understood the risks and dangers arising out of the participant’s participation in this race, and shall not sue for any event which may cause bodily injury, disability or death.
V. Winner Criteria
The winner of CAP GO MEH RUN SINGKAWANG 2018 is determined from the Participant who first touches the finish line and the sequence behind him according to the number of winners specified by the Organizer. Here are the number of winners of CAP GO MEH RUN SINGKAWANG 2018 for each category:
10K Category : 3 (three) male winners and 3 (three) female winners.
5K Category : 3 (three) male winners and 3 (three) female winners.
Kids Dash Category : There are no winners in this category
The winner announcement and award distribution will be made after the Race Organizer declares that a potential Participant shall be eligible for participation, not in breach of the rules, not in violation of administrative requirements and other provisions established by the Organizer and / or Race Organizer.
The door prize is only for participants who reach the finish line.
The prize collection cannot be represented or transferred and shall be required to indicate the original identity in accordance with the registration data.
The decision of the winner by the jury cannot be contested
VI. Appeal
Verbal protest can be done, and followed by written protest within 1 Hour after the participants finish the race. The jury’s decision is absolute and inviolable.
Protest letter attached protest fee of Rp 100,000, – and if the decision has changed (the Organizer is correct) then the money is considered to be forfeited.
VII. Others
In the occurrence of events beyond force majeure including but not limited to work strikes, fire, mass riots, sabotage, natural disasters such as earthquakes and floods or other matters beyond the power of the parties and make the CAP GO MEH RUN SINGKAWANG 2018 cannot be implemented, no party shall be required to indemnify any losses arising as a result of such force majeure events.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions to be notified by the Organizer to Participants in form and by any means.

Drop Bag facility will be provided in the even location or in start/finish area and allocated only for participants with BIB.
Participants are advised to arrive early if they want to drop their items to avoid queuing.

Pemberian medali finisher hanya diberikan kepada peserta yang menyelesaikan lomba dengan jangka waktu dan rute (tidak memotong rute) yang sudah ditentukan panitia.

Kategori Kids Dash tidak berlaku cut off time
Peserta yang melebihi batas cut of time akan terdiskualifikasi dan dianggap gugur.
Segala bentuk bantuan tidak diperkenankan diberikan kepada atlet peserta lomba selama yang bersangkutan masih mengikuti/ selama perlombaan berlangsung.
Peserta yang memulai lomba sebelum lomba resmi dimulai akan terdiskualifiasi.
Peserta diharapkan untuk datang sebelum acara dimulai.
Binatang peliharaan atau segala bentuk objek roda untuk transportasi misalnya kursi roda, sepeda, skate, sepatu roda dan lainnya dilarang berada dalam rute lomba.
Pihak penyelenggara maupun pihak terkait berhak untuk menggunakan foto ataupun video keikutsertaan peserta lomba ini tanpa ikatan batas waktu.
Panitia tidak menyediakan penginapan / akomodasi bagi peserta.
Setiap peserta wajib mempelajari rute lomba serta memahami semua ketentuan lomba.
Peserta diharuskan hadir 1 (satu) jam sebelum waktu Start.
Peserta dapat menitipkan barang pada tenda penitipan barang. Segala bentuk kehilangan menjadi tanggung jawab peserta.

Peraturan Pendaftaran
Usia minimum untuk menjadi Peserta :
10K : 13 – 75 tahun
5K : 13 – 75 tahun
Kids Dash : 6 – 12 tahun
Orang tua – Pendamping kategori Kids dash berusia : 17-75 tahun, yang dibuktikan dengan kartu identitas yang sah menurut
Dalam melakukan pendaftaran, peserta setuju untuk menyediakan informasi yang akurat, terkini dan lengkap tentang Peserta yang diisi dalam formulir pendaftaran (Data Registrasi).
Pendaftaran akan ditutup bila sudah mendapai 1.500 peserta.
Peserta wajib membayar biaya pendaftaran sesuai nominal dan melalui jalur pembayaran tunai atau elektronik yang ditetapkan oleh Penyelenggara. Segala akibat dan kerugian yang mungkin timbul dari pembayaran biaya pendaftaran secara elektronik, termasuk namun tidak terbatas kepada gangguan jaringan telekomunikasi, kesalahan penulisan, dan kesalahan pengisian formulir pembayaran elektronik, menjadi tanggungan Peserta. Biaya pendaftaran yang telah dibayarkan oleh Peserta tidak dapat dikembalikan/ diuangkan kembali.
Bagi para calon peserta yang telah mengisi formulir pendaftaran, selanjutnya melakukan pembayaran (transfer) ke Bank Mandiri, Acc Number 118-00-0615724-1, Acc Holder: Indah Puji Lestari.
Kemudian peserta mengirimkan bukti transfer ke email capgomehrun@gmail.com atau whatsapp/SMS +62 858 806 866 46 Setelah diverifikasi, peserta akan mendapatkan sms atau email Konfirmasi. Bukti sms atau email konfirmasi tersebut harus dibawa pada saat pengambilan Race Pack.
Kategori yang telah didaftarkan tidak dapat ditukar ke kategori yang lain.
Pemberian T-shirt untuk perlengkapan lomba sesuai dengan ukuran yang telah dipilih pada saat mendaftar. Ukuran T-shirt tidak dapat dirubah.

Dengan melakukan pendaftaran, Peserta memahami dan memberikan persetujuan kepada Penyelenggara untuk mengumpulkan, mengolah, menganalisis, dan menyusun informasi pribadi yang berkaitan dengan Peserta untuk tujuan informasi, perencanaan, pengolahan data, statistik, analisis risiko, penelitian, dan/atau tujuan lain sebagai kelanjutan dari fungsi atau kekuasaan Penyelenggara.
BIB Number
Peserta wajib menggunakan nomor BIB (nomor dada) di bagian depan baju peserta, serta tidak diperbolehkan memasang di tempat selain dada dan terlihat dengan baik.
Pendaftaran dan nomor dada peserta tidak dapat dialihkan kepada pihak lain.
Nomor dada peserta hanya dapat diambil pada waktu pengambilan race pack yang telah ditentukan saja.
Pelayanan Medis
Panitia Pelaksana menyiapkan beberapa Pelayanan Medis terdiri dari sejumlah tenaga kesehatan. Dilengkapi dengan peralatan dan ambulance.
Apabila terjadi kecelakaan dalam perlombaan, panitia bertanggung jawab terhadap penanganan pertama atau P3K.
Panitia berkewajiban untuk mengantarkan peserta ke rumah sakit rujukan apabila peserta membutuhkan penanganan lebih lanjut.
Peserta yang mengikuti perlombaan ini dianggap telah menyetujui, mengetahui dan mengerti adanya risiko dan bahaya yang muncul dari keikutsertaan peserta dalam perlombaan ini, dan tidak menuntut atas segala kejadian yang dapat menyebabkan cedera tubuh, cacat tubuh atau kematian.
Kriteria Penentuan Juara
Pemenang CAP GO MEH RUN SINGKAWANG 2018 ditentukan dari Peserta yang terlebih dahulu menyentuh garis finish dan urutan di belakangnya sesuai jumlah pemenang yang ditentukan Penyelenggara. Berikut adalah jumlah pemenang CAP GO MEH RUN SINGKAWANG 2018 untuk setiap kategori:
Kategori 10K terdiri atas 3 (tiga) pemenang laki-laki dan 3 (tiga) pemenang perempuan.
Kategori 5K terdiri atas 3 (tiga) pemenang laki-laki dan 3 (tiga) pemenang perempuan.
Kategori Kids Dash, tidak ada pemenang dalam kategori
Pengumuman pemenang dan penyerahan hadiah akan dilakukan setelah Race Organizer menyatakan bahwa Peserta yang berpeluang menang telah memenuhi syarat keikutsertaan, tidak melanggar peraturan, tidak melanggar ketentuan administrasi dan ketentuan-ketentuan lainnya yang ditetapkan oleh Penyelenggara dan/atau Race Organizer.
Undian doorprizehanya diperuntukkan bagi peserta yang sampai di garis finish.
Pengambilan hadiah tidak dapat diwakilkan atau dipindahtangankan dan wajib untuk menunjukkan identitas asli sesuai dengan data registrasi.
Keputusan pemenang oleh pihak juri tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
Banding
Protes secara verbal dapat dilakukan, serta diikuti dengan protes secara tertulis dalam waktu 1 Jam setelah finish Keputusan juri bersifat mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
Surat protes dilampirkan biaya protes sebesar Rp 100.000,- dan bila keputusan sudah berubah (panitia sudah benar) maka uang dianggap hangus.
Lain-Lain
Apabila terjadi peristiwa-peristiwa di luar kekuasaan manusia (force majeure) termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada pemogokan kerja, kebakaran, kerusuhan massa, sabotase, bencana alam seperti gempa bumi dan banjir atau hal-hal lain di luar kekuasaan para pihak dan membuat CAP GO MEH RUN SINGKAWANG 2018 ini menjadi tidak dapat dilaksanakan, maka tidak ada pihak manapun yang dapat dituntut untuk memberikan ganti rugi atas segala kerugian yang timbul sebagai akibat terjadinya peristiwa force majeure tersebut.
Penyelenggara berhak untuk mengubah Syarat dan Ketentuan ini yang akan diberitahukan oleh Penyelenggara kepada Peserta dalam bentuk dan melalui sarana apapun.

I. General Rules
The organizer reserves the right to change the specified terms and conditions without prior notice.
The organizer shall have the right to close the registration before the specified time limit without prior notice if the participant’s capacity is full.
Finisher medal is only given to participant who completes the race with the time period and route (not cutting the route) that has been determined by the Organizer.
10K Category, cut off time 2 hours, 5K Category, cut off time 1.5 hours, The Kids Dash category does not apply cut off time.
Participants who exceed the cut of time limit will be disqualified and considered avoid.
Any form of assistance shall not be granted to the participant which he/she is still following/during the race.
Participants who start the race before the official race starts will be disqualified.
Participants are expected to come before the event begins.
Pets or any kind of wheel objects for transportation such as wheelchairs, bicycles, skates, roller-skates and other are prohibited from being on the race route.
The organizers and parties concerned shall be entitled to use the photograph or video of participation of the contestant without the time limit.
The committee does not provide lodging/accommodation for participants.
Each participant is required to study the race route and understand all the rules of the race.
Participants are required to attend 1 (one) hour before Start time.
Participants may entrust goods to the custodian tent. All forms of loss are the responsibility of the participants.

II. Registration Rules
Minimum age to be a Participant: 10K: 13 – 75 years old, 5K: 13 – 75 years old, Kids Dash: 6 – 12 years old
Parents – Companion of Kids dash category aged: 17-75 years old, as evidenced by legal identity card.
In registering, the participant agrees to provide accurate, current and complete information about the Participant filled in the registration form (Registration Data).
Registration will be closed on February 18th, 2018, or if the registration quota has been fulfilled.
The Participant shall pay the nominal registration fee and by cash or electronic payment which set by the Organizer. Any consequences and losses which may arise from the payment of the registration fee electronically, including but not limited to telecommunication network interruption, misstatement, and filling of electronic payment forms, are borne by the Participant. Registration fee paid by Participant cannot be refunded / refunded.

By registering, Participants understand and give consent to the Organizer to collect, process, analyze and compile personal information relating to Participants for information, planning, data processing, statistical, risk analysis, research and / or other purposes as continuation of the Organizer’s function or authority.
III. BIB Number
Participants are required to wear BIB (race number) on the front of the participant’s jersey, and not to wear in a place other than chest and can be clearly seen.
Registration and participant’s BIB (race number) cannot be transferred to another party.
The participant’s BIB (race number) can only be taken at the specified time of the race pack collection.
IV. Medical Services
The Organizer has prepared several Medical Services consisting of a number of health workers and equipped with medical equipment and ambulance.
In the event of an accident in the race, the Organizer shall be responsible for the first aid.
The Organizer is obliged to deliver the participants to the referral hospital if the participant needs further treatment.
Participants who follow this race shall be deemed to have consented, acknowledged and understood the risks and dangers arising out of the participant’s participation in this race, and shall not sue for any event which may cause bodily injury, disability or death.
V. Winner Criteria
The winner of CAP GO MEH RUN SINGKAWANG 2018 is determined from the Participant who first touches the finish line and the sequence behind him according to the number of winners specified by the Organizer. Here are the number of winners of CAP GO MEH RUN SINGKAWANG 2018 for each category:
10K Category : 3 (three) male winners and 3 (three) female winners.
5K Category : 3 (three) male winners and 3 (three) female winners.
Kids Dash Category : There are no winners in this category
The winner announcement and award distribution will be made after the Race Organizer declares that a potential Participant shall be eligible for participation, not in breach of the rules, not in violation of administrative requirements and other provisions established by the Organizer and / or Race Organizer.
The door prize is only for participants who reach the finish line.
The prize collection cannot be represented or transferred and shall be required to indicate the original identity in accordance with the registration data.
The decision of the winner by the jury cannot be contested
VI. Appeal
Verbal protest can be done, and followed by written protest within 1 Hour after the participants finish the race. The jury’s decision is absolute and inviolable.
Protest letter attached protest fee of Rp 100,000, – and if the decision has changed (the Organizer is correct) then the money is considered to be forfeited.
VII. Others
In the occurrence of events beyond force majeure including but not limited to work strikes, fire, mass riots, sabotage, natural disasters such as earthquakes and floods or other matters beyond the power of the parties and make the CAP GO MEH RUN SINGKAWANG 2018 cannot be implemented, no party shall be required to indemnify any losses arising as a result of such force majeure events.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions to be notified by the Organizer to Participants in form and by any means.

Can the race pack be collected on D day?
Race pack can only be collected at a specified time. If the participant does not collect the race pack on the appointed day, then the participant is considered to have resigned and the paid registration fee is deemed forfeited.
Is Drop Bag facility provided?
Drop Bag facility will be provided in the even location or in start/finish area and allocated only for participants with BIB.
Participants are advised to arrive early if they want to drop their items to avoid queuing.
Drop bag facility will open from 05.00 am to 09.00 am.
Participants are expected to carry items as needed.
Participants are not advised to leave valuable items.
Participants who entrust/collect items at the Drop Bag must show their BIBs to officer.
Is changing room available at the race location?
For changing room, participants can use the toilet available in event location.
What should I carry when running?
Only bring the necessary stuff.
Participants are prohibited from carrying any kind of weapons that can injure themselves or others.
For participants who have certain diseases are required to bring personal medicines.
Is there parking area at the event location for private vehicles?
Participants can park their private vehicles in the provided parking area.
Parking tickets are the responsibility of each participant. In the event of a loss of parking ticket, the organizer shall not be liable.
